These are the first two paper mache boxes that I made back in 2009. The larger one is the only one of that size I have made. It has recycled cereal boxes as its base. The surfaces were then built up with paper maché. Every part of the box, inside and out, top and bottom were hand painted, and sealed. The box is 6.5 inches across and 3.5 inches tall. The smaller box is built over a recycled gel container. They are in the same private collection.
